The property is fully enclosed, providing complete privacy, and is accessed through an impressive stone-arched gate fitted with large character wooden doors, with an automated opening system.
The outdoor space is a generous 500 m² of both lush garden and gravelled areas, featuring a heated saltwater private pool, a large pool house, and a striking arcaded outbuilding opening onto the courtyard, which has a hot tub and an additional seating and dining area. There is also a terrace at the top of the manor’s staircase, just outside its main entrance, with views over the pool and courtyard (its outdoor furniture not yet photographed).
The 8 × 4 metre heated saltwater pool is surrounded by wooden decking and equipped with a convenient roller shutter cover, providing security while helping to maintain the water temperature.
