A straightforward commercial model

List your property and pricing

Publish a securely bookable holiday home without changing the direct, independent character that matters to owners and guests.

The standard ChezFrance rate is 10%

The standard commission-only listing has no annual listing fee. The default ChezFrance commission is 10% for a confirmed booking introduced through the marketplace. The exact rate is shown in the terms you accept before a property is activated.

An account-specific override applies only when ChezFrance has recorded it explicitly. We do not change an accepted rate silently, and listing does not promise enquiries or bookings.

You remain the merchant of record

The owner or agency connected to the property takes the guest payment through its own connected payment account. Guests are told who takes the payment and what statement descriptor to expect.

As the accommodation provider and merchant of record, you remain responsible for supplying the stay and for your property terms, taxes, cancellations and guest obligations. ChezFrance facilitates the marketplace transaction and its application fee.

Eligible Gîtes cross-feed can be 0% — only by explicit acceptance

An eligible current Gîtes.co.uk customer may be offered a 0% ChezFrance cross-feed pilot for a specific property. Eligibility alone never enrols an owner, activates payments or changes financial terms.

The property is included only after the owner or authorised agency explicitly accepts that pilot state and completes the required payment and publication checks.

Use as much or as little of the owner toolkit as you need

Transaction essentials remain part of the booking flow. Other tools are optional and can be adopted around the way you already operate.

  • Payment schedules and balance collection
  • Calendar feeds and availability controls
  • Booking agreements, contracts and document delivery
  • Optional house guides, guest forms, messages and operational tasks
  • Agency intake links and team access controls
