Email hello@chezfrance.com for help with account access, a booking reference, a technical issue or a payment status shown by ChezFrance. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, security codes or booking-access tokens by email.
ChezFrance support is not an emergency service and this page does not publish a guaranteed response time.
Contacting the accommodation provider
The owner or agency is responsible for the accommodation. Guests with an active booking should use the private booking messages where available so the conversation remains scoped to the correct stay without publishing either party’s contact details.
