Using the site
Pages adapt to smaller screens, form fields have labels and keyboard focus is visible. You can use the date picker with a keyboard or enter dates directly. We provide text descriptions for meaningful images and respect reduced-motion preferences.
If a page or control is difficult to use, contact us using the details below and explain what you need help with.
Known boundaries
We have not claimed formal accessibility certification. Some host-supplied descriptions or image alternatives may be incomplete, and the payment form is provided by Stripe. Please let us know if any part of your visit is difficult.
Report a barrier
Email hello@chezfrance.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology involved. Do not include card details, passwords or private access tokens.
The terms shown with your booking apply to your stay. You can keep a copy in your private booking area.
