Access should be practical
Accessibility
ChezFrance is being built so guests, owners and agencies can use its essential discovery and booking journeys with a range of devices and input methods.
Pre-launch information draft. This wording is published for operational and legal review and is not presented as having received final legal approval.
Current design approach
Public pages use semantic headings and landmarks, labelled controls, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support and text alternatives for meaningful images. The shared stay-date picker retains native date inputs when JavaScript is unavailable and supports keyboard movement when enhanced.
Private and administrative pages are marked to stay out of search indexes. Security and privacy controls are not intentionally removed to create an alternative access path.
Known boundaries
This information is not a claim of formal accessibility certification or that every owner-supplied description and image is complete. Embedded payment controls are provided by Stripe and can have behaviour outside the ChezFrance interface.
Report a barrier
Email hello@chezfrance.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology involved. Do not include card details, passwords or private access tokens.
This page describes the current ChezFrance service. The dated booking agreement shown during a transaction records the terms and versions that apply to that request.
