Charming room, calm and nature in Périgord
At Domaine du Trouiller, luxury is above all about space, silence and rediscovered time.
The house is located in the heart of unspoilt countryside, where we carefully look after biodiversity and where nature remains very present: birds, small wild animals, old trees and gardens mark the rhythm of the seasons. It is a place designed to slow down, breathe and get away, for the duration of a stay, from the noise of daily life.
Your room has its own private shower room and toilet. Breakfast is included. You are also invited to freely enjoy the garden and the house's spaces, as well as our gym and our private cinema.
Here begins one of the most beautiful ways to discover the Dordogne.
Périgord offers an exceptional concentration of landscapes, heritage and history: castles, bastides and stone villages, gardens, producers' markets, caves and major prehistoric sites dot the region.
It is also a deeply gourmet land, known for its walnuts, truffles, foie gras, strawberries, wines and cuisine intimately linked to the seasons.
Then, after the visits, you return to the estate, its calm, its trees and the birdsong — like a refuge away from the world.

To welcome you to the Domaine du Trouiller is for us to share a place we love, while giving everyone the freedom to inhabit it at their own pace. We like discreet and attentive hospitality: being present when you need us, while preserving your peace and quiet. We will be happy to introduce you to our favourite addresses, the markets, good restaurants and some more secret places in the Dordogne. We also give special attention to the nature surrounding the estate and to preserving its biodiversity.
