Villa Las Capelas - Pool overlooking the Pyrenees

Open all year round, Villa Las Capelas welcomes 16 to 20 guests across 7 bedrooms plus 2 large sofa beds, and one extra adult mattress upon request. A historic 15th-century manor, this house is well designed for large groups, with an indoor 95 square metre kitchen and dining area and an external 70 square metre terrace with another dining table, both seating 16 guests.

There are multiple sitting rooms, and one is equipped with TV and DVD player. The other has a baby grand piano and cozy fireplace. In total the interior measures a vast 450 square metres.

The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with 2 ovens, a hob, 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, a microwave, pressure-cooker, rice cooker, blender, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine as well as French press coffee makers, with ample crockery for entertaining large groups.

High speed fibre wifi is installed.

There are 7 bedrooms in total, with sleeping space for 19 adults, 1 child and babies (A detailed floor plan can be provided upon request)

On the first floor is a 50m2 double featuring an ensuite bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower. Two sinks are adorned with antique marble top. A second double of 35m2 leads to a 25m2 roof terrace and has an ensuite with corner bathtub with shower overhead.

On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms as well as a family bedroom with three full sized single beds plus one children’s bed. These share a large shower room. The adjacent playroom has toys, games a TV, DVD and CD player.

The last two bedrooms, a double and a twin, are located on separate mezzanines. Each has its own large ensuite shower room, separate WC, and two basins. One mezzanine is above the games room, and the other above the gym. These are accessed from the ground floor kitchen / lounge area, by going out the patio doors under the covered terrace. The entrance is just a few steps away.

One 2-seater sofa bed is placed in the office and can accommodate 2 additional adults. Another 3-seater sofa bed is placed in one of the large bedrooms on the first floor and can also accommodate 2 additional adults. An extra mattress could be brought to the property for extra flexibility, please enquire.

There is a garden on the south side of the property, with a private swimming pool with convenient electric cover for security, overlooking stunning views of the Pyrenees. There is also a garden on the north side of the property, with a boules court, and dining tables and barbecues on both sides of the property. There is also a pizza oven!

The swimming pool measures 10 x 4 metres and has a NEW convenient electric cover for security.

The games room has a pool table, a foosball table, and there is table tennis and plenty of outdoor sports equipment including an archery set.

For fitness lovers, the well equipped gym has an elliptical cross trainer, a rowing machine, a bench and various weights, yoga mat, and conditioning band.

Please note there are near neighbours, however the house, gardens and swimming pool are private to guests. The area is very quiet and peaceful.

There is ample off road parking for several vehicles on site.
