About this home
A holiday home in Tarn-et-Garonne with space for up to 6 guests.
Located in the very centre of the village of Roquecor, La Forge has a private heated pool and large garden with unobstructed views to the south across the countryside.
Accommodating up to 6 people, the house is luxuriously furnished and has air conditioning in the living areas as well as in each of the bedrooms. There is a dedicated office and a fast fibre internet, making it ideal for those needing to work while away, or for those looking for an extended stay.
Every Sunday the village has a busy outdoor market with local delicacies. It also has electric vehicle charging and free parking, although La Forge does also offer private gated parking for 1 vehicle.
The open plan ground floor has a dining area for 6, a well equipped kitchen with a bar and stools, and a spacious sitting area with fireplace.

The large open kitchen has a range cooker, with gas hob and electric oven. It also features a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a good range of appliances including coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The view from the kitchen is down the garden to the spectacular view over the countryside beyond.
Also on the ground floor is the dedicated office with large desk and comfortable office chair, also a storage area and separate WC.
Easy wide stairs lead to the 3 bedrooms on the first floor. There is a spacious master double with ensuite bathroom and Juliette balcony overlooking the swimming pool. There is an additional double and a twin bedroom that share a family shower room on the same floor.
A TV, and music system are available as well as fibre internet. There is electric heating and a wood burning stove for the off season.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.

The private swimming pool measures 8 x 4m has a narrow terrace around it. It is open to the sky, and access is from the ground floor of the house, or from the path from the garden. It can be heated for a supplement per week, please enquire.
The large 550 square metre garden has a large lawn area, and multiple areas for outdoor dining and relaxation. A brand new large gas barbecue is available. There is a shaded abri and a decked area which take full advantage of the spectacular countryside views from the elevated position of the property.
The building with the beautiful castellation to the right of La Forge is the village town hall, and is otherwise unoccupied.
