Les Lavandes is a spacious four bedroom detached villa with private swimming pool in its own grounds. The large open plan living room features air conditioning and has a comfortable seating area as well as a dining area. The fully fitted kitchen is open to the living room and is well equipped with dishwasher, two fridges, washing machine and everything necessary for cooking and eating.
From the kitchen area a corridor gives access to the two bedrooms on this side of the house, and the bathroom with shower, WC and basin. The first bedroom overlooks the front of the house and has a king sized bed, the second bedroom overlooks the pool area and has two single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes for plenty of storage and hanging space. At the end of the corridor is a through room, perfect for use as a changing room. From there a door gives access to a utility room with sink, where pool toys and sun lounger cusions are stored, and from where you have access to the pool area.
Behind the sitting area is the TV room, equipped with a flat screen TV (satellite reception), DVD player and CD player, as well as the internet router for broadband internet access (WiFi or Ethernet).
To one side of the TV room is the second bathroom with shower cabin, WC and wash basin. On the other side are bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three has a king size bed and is a very attractive room with a high ceiling and wooden beams. This bedroom overlooks the terrace at the side of the house. Bedroom four is on two levels with two single beds: one on the ground level and the second on a mezzanine above. This room is ideal for older children. Both bedrooms have walk in closets for storage and hanging.
