Les Oliviers – Private Pool and Ground-Floor Bedroom & Bathroom near Duras

Les Oliviers is a stylish three-bedroom gîte for six guests on a peaceful hilltop estate in the Lot-et-Garonne countryside. Close to Duras and the borders of the Dordogne and Gironde, it is surrounded by plum orchards and sunflower fields, with open views and beautiful sunsets.

The bright, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee-making facilities. In the comfortable living area you will find a smart TV, French and UK satellite television, a DVD player, books and games, with secure high-speed fibre mesh Wi-Fi throughout.

There are mosquito blinds on the windows and fans in the bedrooms and living area.

Upstairs there is a king (150cm) bedroom and a twin bedroom which can be arranged as a king (160cm), together with a walk-in shower room. On the ground floor, a further twin bedroom can also be made up as a large king (180cm) and sits close to a second walk-in shower room—an especially useful arrangement for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Outside, the gîte has around one acre of garden for guests’ exclusive use and a private swimming pool measuring approximately 7.3m x 3.65m, with Roman steps and a pool alarm. There is a covered dining area, gas barbecue, sun loungers and parasols, plus table tennis, badminton, boules and garden games. The owners live elsewhere on the 17-acre estate and are on hand if needed while respecting guests’ privacy.  Owners speak English and French.
