Les Rosiers is a beautifully renovated three-bedroom gîte set high in the Lot-et-Garonne countryside, close to Duras and within easy reach of the Dordogne and Gironde. Surrounded by plum orchards and sunflower fields, it offers amazing valley views towards Duras, memorable sunsets and plenty of private space for families or friends.

Inside, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed self-catering, with an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee-making facilities. The comfortable living area has a smart TV, French and UK satellite television, a DVD player, books and games, together with secure high-speed fibre mesh Wi-Fi throughout.  There are mosquito blinds fitted to the windows and fans in the bedrooms and living areas.

The three bedrooms comprise a king (150cm) room, a twin room which can be arranged as a large king (180cm), and a single room with an additional smaller pull-out bed for a sixth guest. There is also a modern walk-in shower room.

Outside, guests have exclusive use of more than three acres of garden and a private 10m x 5m swimming pool with Roman steps and a pool alarm. A covered dining terrace, gas barbecue, sun loungers, parasols, table tennis, badminton, boules and other garden games make it easy to spend long days outdoors. The owners live elsewhere on the 17-acre estate and are available when needed while respecting guests’ privacy.
